Hello Everybody,

I am a researcher in the field of Very Low Bitrate image coding. My aim is to develop video codecs for low resolution - very low bitrate video at around 5 - 20 kbit per second. Furthermore, this research attempts to maintain a high robustness of the video codecs: necessary for the use over mobile channels.
